Tungsten fishing sinkers have quickly become the preferred tackle for serious anglers, especially for bass fishing, fly fishing, ice fishing and carp fishing. Unlike lead sinkers made by simple casting, our tungsten weight relies on powder metallurgy, a precise industrial process that delivers high density, small size and outstanding durability for all kinds of fishing rigs.
The whole manufacturing workflow starts with raw material preparation. High-purity tungsten powder is blended with a small proportion of nickel or iron powder as binders. The mixing ratio is strictly controlled to guarantee consistent density for our wholesale tungsten fishing weights. Different formulas are adjusted for bullet tungsten weights, drop shot tungsten sinkers and fly fishing tungsten nymph weights to match different angling needs.
Next step is compaction. The mixed metal powder is poured into custom molds and pressed under extreme pressure to form bodies. At this stage, the blank takes the basic shape: bullet, round, flat or skinny profiles, which are widely used in Texas rig, Carolina rig and carp bottom rigs.

Then comes vacuum sintering, the core step. The pressed blanks are heated inside a high-temperature furnace between 1200°C to 1500°C. The powder particles fuse tightly without fully melting. After sintering, the alloy achieves the high density that makes tungsten sinker much smaller than lead weights of equal mass.
After sintering, CNC machining, drilling and grinding are carried out. Holes are drilled for line threading, and surfaces are polished smoothly. We also offer multiple coating colors and custom logo services for bulk orders. Every batch of our tungsten fishing sinkers goes through strict dimensional inspection and density testing before packaging.
This advanced production method makes our tungsten weight resistant to deformation and abrasion on rocky bottoms.
